Trending @Infosys; Project is about to end and wondering how to get a new project

Hi I joined infosys in April and joined a project till sept and it's about to end. I wanna know how to increase my chances of getting one and also how to keep myself occupied with things which will keep my job secure.

Any advice is welcomed.
