

Project HR doesn't even reply/care
I have asked my supervisor regarding the WFH option in case of medical assistance required for dependent. He has asked me to check with the HR so i pinged her two weeks back in teams with the complete query for which she didn't reply... I have even tagged her and called her on teams. Finally I mailed her along with my supervisor. She didn't even bother to reply after all these attempts. How do I take it forward...it's just soo frustrating.

Here is my story In December 2023 i needed WFH for at least one month due to my Mothers health condition. I talked to my lead (she supported me a lot) and she asked me to mail HR. I did and then HR asked me to come to the office or apply leave. But we didn't stop there. We tried our best. Due to my dependency on the project, my lead came in between and tried to convince HR but for which he didn't approve. I did applied all the medical documents but it didn't work. Then we were on mail thread and they didn't approve. But the thing was I didn't go to the office for that month. And i extended that to five months. No one knew that I was doing WFH Even my lead didn't know that I was still doing WFH. But at the end they finally asked me to apply leave. My salary wasn't affected. As per the new policy it will affect.

HR has no empathy! Same case with me my supervisor & delivery manager is supporting me but hr isn't caring.

Hey, better to speak with the delivery head, as they approve the WFH approvals. Better to speak with him directly in person if he is not replying.

My supervisor and delivery manager is okay for wfh for a month. They have asked to check with hr and raise a request in ultimatix for exception in 2 office which requires approval from both hr and supervisor.

For me, it is only delivery head/supervisor who approves in exception portal.

HR/RMG wont listen nor they care about you they work for company simply they don’t give damn to your problems I had to fight a very long way each and everytime they wont do their work also and want that to be done by you only they simply keep on passing the ball until unless you escalate to-upper management no one will work nor they care how things are critical for you . From my personal experience keep on looping and addressing their supervisors until unless anyone listens no one will listen until unless you escalate
