Trending @Capgemini; Project escalations
I joined a project few months back, and am trying to understand the things. I have around 5+ years of experience. They are expecting that I can figure out the things on my own and start delivering the outcomes. Here the project structure is totally different and Now I got many escalations from the project lead due to work not completing on time.
What could be the next possibility in this case? Will I get released from the project and directly put in PIP? Or Will I report to rmg and will be getting a new project?

Chutiyon ko samjh nhi ata kya har jagah ka process & structure alag hota hai proper KT deta padta hai.
