My project is ending soon, but when I connect with the tsc person in my psp, I am not getting any response. Wanted to know how easy is it to get a new project. Do we need connection to get into one?
People tagged in psp can do nothing for you. Better reach out to your practice / competency and get updates on the project openings, if they couldn’t fetch you anything that means there's no opportunity in pipeline for your band.
If TSC Lead in profile is not responding, just mail them looping your reporting manager, they'll definitely reply to you then. There are also separate tsc leads for every tech stack, if you get their contact they'll propose you to the relevant projects if any openings come up. Also get in touch with the practice delivery manager of your practice they can definitely help you.
