Project end appraisal

Hi everyone,

If my release date from current project is 22nd November, then my Band for appraisal cycle will it come from this project or not?

You must have raised a Project End(PE) from 1st April till 22nd nov and get the feedback details asap, so once you move to another project you will have raised another PE from 22nd Nov to so on date from the SPEED. From the previous project you will only receive the ratings and feedback, from the new project you will receive the ratings and band.
