Project End Appraisal

Hello, everyone. I completed my anniversary appraisal in October last year and I have just submitted my Project End Appraisal from October 2 2025 to March 31 2026, for which I got X.XX rating. My question is, do I have a salary hike in this FY?🙌🏻🥹🙌🏻
