Reserved for another project but next 12 months billing showing free pool. Now my manager want to extend but system saying already reserved.
What to do now.

Ask your manager to discuss with the other project manager about rejecting your reservation. Once that happens, your manager will be able to extend your assignment. You can identify the project manager from your PSP page by clicking the eye button under proposed opportunities to see who is responsible(last actioned).
Ask the manager to release you who reserved you
Get your existing pm and other pm who reserved you on single email/call and if you want to continue in current project ask other pm to un block you in system so that your current pm can raise extension... It's weird situation ideally should have been handled at executive level.
You need to work with executive team , as earlier I also faced the same situation. So I dropped an email looping to current manager, reserved manager , senior executive (Europe, Apmea etc ) and lastly loop ur HR and see how quickly this can be solved.
