Trending @Accenture; Project cost cutting

In my project, they are saying associates to work on the general shift and asking not to charge for expenses.

Because of US/UK client usual logout timing itself is 10 PM anyhow we have to extend our working hours even if we are working in general shift.

Any idea how to tackle this?
