Trending @Capgemini; Project Code Issue

I have been working on an internal project which was mainly for AWS reinvent but then after the event, the manager asked to continue to generalize that project and then we were working on that. But the PM was not able to get any funding for our billing in the project. The seniors in my team got other projects and left. I was left alone with the knowledge of how things work. I am stuck with not able to fill timesheet from last 3 months. I keep on saying to PM to get me a code but he keeps giving excuses of some way. Now the ops team is saying if i dont fill the code, my salary will be affected. Then i told my PM if i can fill any other code. He said fill bench code.

Is it right to fill bench code for all the hardwork i did until now?
