Trending @Capgemini; Project code is visible in replicon but allotment not done

I am recently moved to bench and got one interview later they started giving training on some tool relevant to the project .In replicon I can see the project code till end of the month but still filling using bench code .During interview I heard it is a new project and they are gathering resources for it . Can anyone update if such scenario happened to anyone and if the project is allocated
