Hi folks. Would you please be so kind to aware me about infy policy for Project Change.

It's been 2+ years working on the same project as senior associate Consultant (IJL4) but didn't get any salary rise during this period from my manager. Last year I have earned commendable rating.

Same with me, exact same story like you. For a project change, I reached out to HR tagging global HR as well(multiple times), and shown my pain points/discomfort with the current project. Which ultimately got me out of the project. But for appraisal, its the same shit ever after. Job switch is the only option, get a offer in hand and try to negotiate if you still wanna stay in the company l.
