Trending @Capgemini; Project change within CG, good idea?
I am working for commercial aviation project in CG, and i am planning to change the project internally.
It's been 1.9 years in CG and in same project, and i feel that i am not fitting to the role and the work. There are lot of hardware dependency, due to which I am not able to utilize myself best.
If I try outside, at my experience of 10+ years, I am not getting better compensation.
Therefore, would it be a good idea to look for other project within cg and get on BENCH to look for another?
It is better not to be on bench. There are a lot of bench resources. Finding a project is difficult in CG. Better to plan for a switch.
Yeah I do understand the fact as well but continuing in the same project is also quite frustrating. Putting lot of efforts and time of mine, but still people around complains and not happy.
