Project change Stress
Guys m here for last 3 years in T@S woth same project . Suddenly they told project will release non odc folks from March 31st .
This was conveyed to us verbally from manager npthing written.
I feel like job is ending in 3 months as my past company was a produxt based and did not have this project change. Feels like i have to give interview for another job. M inder a lot of stress as constantly negative thoughts coking to Mind like if i will get / when will get / if i dont get a project
Pleas help me .. say something whoch i can take inspiration from..
Currently m at my hometown so changing os not an option at the moment.
@JitWorld Wait for your release date.. Calls will start pouring in for multiple projects 2 weeks before.. I am telling you, so many calls will come you will get irritated and in my case i had to maintain a list of probable projects. Dont worry and please dont listen to this fool ( @KingGrapevine )

I agree! RMG will start throwing your number as if you are more important and calls start coming untill you say yes. Just a catch 🫴🏻 Don't agree to anything right away. They start onboarding without your consent sometimes takes yes for no answer. I have experienced that.
In tcs you can be sure for one thing. There's no shortage of projects
Telling from my experience
I had changed my project in 2022 once and was on bench for one month. Within that one month I got close to 40-50 interview calls from different projects with different tech stack
So don't worry about getting projects. It's just that you have to identify which project is the best suited to your skillset or tech stack

Don't worry, there'll be lots of projects. Just be diplomatic with RMG and the various project POCs, update your CV and brush up on the skills that you mention on your cv
TCS doesn't want people to be on the bench, that's why there is an RMG group who helps to assign you a next project. As soon as your name is released they will contact you and there will be a lot of calls for projects. One thing I want to add here is TCS is expecting everyone to work from Office now and currently you are at your hometown so you might need to think about that.
Juat one query … can they force u relocate cjanging ir base and depute location ??
It's not a big issue and soon you will get used to it. Between What is your office location?
