Is there any policy related to project change in HCL where it’s mentioned u can’t change project for 1.5 years ??

Nothing like that,you can change anytime if your manager doesn’t have any problem

Then why HR, program manager & is telling me it won’t be possible change project before 18 months ? And if there no rule why HCL employees create there own rule ??
