How to change project within Accenture? My current project- I will rate 1 star. Sincere suggestions needed, how to change. TIA.
You will have to talk to your manager that you're not interested in the project and discuss with them that you would like to change the project.
Neither they are releasing from the project nor they are changing my team according to my skill in my competency. FYI- my primary skill- P3 prof. Secondary skill- P3 prof in related primary skill. and P4 prof in domain skill. Been a kinda stuck in this useless project
I'm also suffering from the same, I've been going through toxic work management. The leader is behaving very badly with me and humiliating always in internal calls even after completing the given task. Please let me know how to change the project.
