Trending @Accenture; Project change for Freshers
Is it really difficult to change the projects for new freshers here? What are the necessary things to keep in mind before changing project? N how to tackle this with your manger! Pls tell me if anyone has done this so they can guide! I'm going to complete my 12 months in my current project n looking for change in my technology! As i've already discussed with my manager few months back they told for new joiners atleast 12 months period is mandatory in first project! As i am completing my 12 months period i want to change my project the technology in which i want to work is not existing within my project! So i'm Seeking for help n guidance. Thank You!
For freshers i dont think so managers are going to agree on this quickly. Even for me who have 3 years of experience and worked on 4 different projects. Still i have to ask again and again for change but they dont agree quickly. Im on level 11 but for level 12 it is difficult. Keep on updating over mail again n again
