I am a new joiner and hard locked to one project and working from past 3 months but I am interested in different technology any suggestions on what I can do?

But what my friend said to me is that at level 12 they won't allow you to change projects for at least 1 year or 18 months is it true?

This is false. Level 12 people can change their projects in 1 month also.

It totally depends on the Manager , some will allow , some won't speaking from personal experience when i wanted to change my project as ASE they told me to serve 3 months after raising the roll off req

Hey @HumbleSleet1 , It's great that you are on early stage! You can check the iaspire portal to switch the technology or you can talk to your project manager about the same
