Trending @Accenture; Project calls and refusal tags in NA bench ?

I am on the North America bench it's been one month, daily getting mssgs in teams like are you available for staffing, support roles L1/L2, rotational shifts, all these are not related to my skill and stream. I just refused 2 calls, what will happen if I reefuse? when I get into my skill matched role ? How can we know if they were given a refusal tag to me ?
