I have joined in dec 2022 and I was hard locked to one project. And I was not given any specific role so it’s like I was on bench for 1.5 years.. I was not receiving any project calls. So I dropped a mail out of my project as well now I’m getting lot of calls but my PMO said that they are not going to release me from this current one. I’m stuck here. This is so unfair for me. what can I do now
If u r in bench more than 3 month try to chase them for project or switch better option
without project experience can I switch ?
See u r on bench from 1.5 yrs as u said and I hope u have learn atleast something from theory pov atleast...and u and Accenture project team know that u r on bench not others so prepare for interview with help of collegue who are into project take some inputs from then.which can help to crack interview
Do something when you have time. Otherwise you will be another victim of layoffs and will find yourself helpless
I am also in a similar situation. I joined in Nov 2023, completed stream training by Jan end and in project bench till now. I have been approaching managers but not getting any proper response . I am stuck here. Since I am not in a project and not reporting to anyone, who will give feedback on workday? And will I get any hike or promotion through techleap in this annual talent discussion? (My techleap results are not announced yet but I am sure I will pass)
