Trending @HCL; project assignation through WPC

I already assigned to project through wpc team . But manager was not accepting the resources. I’m neither in prj nor on bench . I have spoken with manager he was so rude to me . Wpc was not accept to release from prj plz suggest what to do HR was not even responded to my mails .
