Trending @Capgemini; project and Work Culture

Hi All, I have recently joined the capgemini and allotted project , It has been almost 3 to 4 months in the project, what I understand is first of all there is no work scope related to my technology in near future it's like only 30 min kind per week and rest all work is taking care by some other vendor company's, this very I feel bad like no learning scope and too much of Micromagemet from both client side and internal team, felling to leave company but it's like only 4months of switch, please give some suggestions
