If your project allowance is 3 lakh then on monthly basis it wil be dustributed and tax will be cut as per your salary

Project Allowance will be paid half yearly . The amount depends on your criticality . If it’s 1 lakh it will be split in to two and paid half yearly . Note that if you leave company , you need to pay entire amount which was paid to you during the final settlement. Accepting or not accepting depends on your plans that you stay in company
