Trending @HCL; Project allocation process for freshers

Hi guys, I recently joined HCL chennai.as GET and my training track is Java full stack, I want to join a good project after my 3 month training completes to give me good learning curve which is my foremost goal and gain good learning experience so can you tell me how freshers are allocated to projects and is there any chance we can get allocated to a development role, also I want to go to either banglore or noida or gurugram, chennai is also fine but above cities are more preferable for me but I know it doesn't work like that but still if anyone can give insights about these things then it would be a great help.
