Hello All, Any ServiceNow folks here? My current project ended and I am going to release it by the end of this month. How much time will it take to allocate a new project and what bench time in cognizant?

I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.

I think bench time is reduced to 31 days something. New project allocation depends upon if you can crack interviews if any for new project
