Trending @Capgemini; Project Allocation Doubt
I have joined capgemini on 18th September 2025 as C2-Manager. I have 8+ years of experience and My expertise in AWS, Python, PySpark, SQL, ETL Development.
I am concerned about project allocation. My office location is Gandhinagar Gift City. I hope I will get project related to my skills set. Please share your thoughts on this and any help in project allocation will appreciated.

I am working in FS with the same skills set (Snowflake additional) for an insurance firm, I can check if there are any openings. My project is flexible towards work location, you can work anywhere from INDIA.
I am eagerly waiting for the the project on Snowflake, please help me if we have such openings, i joined CG on june 18th 2025, though i have assigned to project no work started yet... Thought of looking for any project asap
If you are assigned to a project it will not be possible to move out even if there is no work. One of my friends was in the same situation and he was not released even if getting another project. They can force you to work 18 months if you are tagged in a project.
