Project Allocation dilemma
Release date or team ended on 30 Sept 25, but have allocation of the project till Mid Dec 25. Did try giving few internal evaluation in same project but didn’t work out. In one of the client evaluation I got selected as well but I’ve been told that position is on-hold. What are the scenarios further and have following queries:

Can they release associate with a back date of 30 Sept 25 though already 10-12 days have passed 30 sept?

Since currently already blocked against a won not getting RMG calls so will they provide allocation till Mid Dec 25 and if I still don’t get a project within current one will further get 35 business days to find one on RMG pool ?

Are they trying to block me for 35 days so that I don’t get RMG calls and layoff after 35 days ?
Few of the people who were told that project end date is 30 sept 25 but earlier had allocation till Dec 25 have been released to RMG. Meanwhile few are still blocked like me irrespective of the grade and have been told that release approvals have not come. I’m currently at C3A role. Appropriate suggestion would be highly appreciated in respect to above asked queries and any other scenarios.
If you are a good resources to the program manager(pm)/supervisor the pm ll not release you directly to RMG, Instead ll allocate you to some won under PM and ll try to fit into the same client under different project but you are not a good resource and still you are not released than you have to worry. But it is best to get things clarified with you supervisor
