Project allocation

Recently I got allocated to a account and they have given some courses to do and I have completed that but they have not given any project to me and today I got call from rmg that your profile show unallocated but I am allocated to that account. And I am not able to contact anyone from the team. Please help me as I am in confusion whether I am into the project or not
