Trending @Accenture; Project allocation confusion

I am currently on the bench, and there was a project that was in the process of locking me, but due to some error, the lock didn’t go through. I was waiting for the confirmation since it involved a relocation to Hyderabad, which is my home location. However, in the meantime, I received an email stating that I have been shadow hardlocked to another project and will be transferred to Coimbatore. Is there any possibility of rejecting this project and proceeding with the one that was initially trying to lock me?
