Project Allocation Confirmed, Do i have to report to rmg
My allocation in a project is confirmed, and the manager has already informed rmg via mail.
But it’s been 2 days, and I still haven’t received the official allocation. I’m still filling my timesheet under the unallocated section.
Do I still need to report to rmg or just go to the nearest office?
I asked RMG, and they said I need to go to their office — but it’s almost 2.5 hours from my home.
Will there be any consequences if I don’t go?
Yes if you aren't reporting for entire month may lead to HR actions(stop pay and blocking ur access) and if you are reporting for atleast 2 weeks in month may only lead to the deduction of variable pay..Better find an accommodation so that manage your stay in the location where you are supposed to work so that you can adjust by reporting for some weeks instead..
