Trending @HCL; Project allocation

I am on the bench and getting an opportunity from a small company whose strength is only 33 members in Bangalore office.

I don't want to switch but I'm worried about the current scenario in HCL

Can someone help me should I wait for the next project in HCL or find another opportunity in MNC only

I have been on the bench since the 1st of October, how long can I be on the bench?

If you leave HCL than there is a lockin period of 30 months minimum to join back, before that they might not even hire you and definitely not going to get a good hike.

Switch the company and join the small company, try for another job after six months if the company is not good
