Project allocation

I was working in a project and I got release from that project few months ago ,but after that also I am getting allocation for same client but different projects for few months. I am reaching supervisor's of those project's to remove allocation but every month I am getting different project allocation. And they are not replying and not removing that allocation. Because of this my transfer is also pending because my transfer request is assigned to one of these project supervisor he is not approving it. And Rmg saying you can't take transfer on bench you need to be allocated so find project in location you want transfer. Because In system I am showing as allocated I am not able to find projects also. Please help regarding this .how how can I take transfer.
