Project allocation
i Have been working in 2 projects currently, both the project managers are blaming each other to give allocation from oct 1st. C3B feeling irritated and regretting joining this worst organization
want to go out badly but no openings outside 15.6 years exp in total
@welldocumentedTambour similar feelings here, but I am not working on 2 projects. Got a long term allocation last week after joining since june and still haven't started working. Losing my confidence now.
It was worst decesion for me as well. I'm also same level. Don't know what will happen. I'm into project cut they are telling project will come in 2_3 months. But I have heard here they are taking resource and in 2_3 months they are releasing and then RMG giving 35 days. All this happening for freshers as well they are giving just 3 months even though it is not their fault that they are not getting any project/acc. God knows why we joined this company in such time.
They are targeting notice period people also
