Im currently SSE with 2y10m experience. Recieved ‘outstanding’ for last review. My manager suggested me for promotion to TA this quarter. Will there be any chance to get rejected or can I expect to become TA next quarter? DQ point- 115

No I don’t think so , if manger has recommended your promotion then following quarter it will most likely reflect
