Trending @Infosys; Progression nomination

Hi, Can someone tell me when nomination window opens for progression? Is it that there's a nomination window every month or every quarter? Can someone help me here. Because I asked my manager last month and he said he would nominate. But there's no information further. Not even sure if he's nominated.
