"I joined Infosys in May 2022 as an Associate Consultant (4B), and it’s been almost 2.5 years now. I’m wondering when I might progress to Senior Associate Consultant (4A). Should I reach out to my manager about the progression process, or is it something that happens automatically?

One of my colleague who joined as associate consultant an year ago got role progression to senior associate consultant with in an year. You have to ask your manager for the nomination.
