How many years it would take to become an Associate (A) from Programmer(P). My D.O.J is Oct 2021 and right now I'm a programmer analyst (promoted in dec 2023)

Any updates on promotion that you got? I also am expecting promotion this quarter.
PT-P 1 year auto-promotion
P-PA after completing one year, you would be eligible for PA promotion, you need to be nominated by ur HCM.
PA - A, previously it was 1 year criteria, but it seems they have changed to 1.5 or 2 years
So in this case it will take nearly 3 to 3.5 years to become associate if everything goes smoothly.
Data may be wrong, it's my understanding, for better understanding please raise a GSD and ask to HR team. Thankyou
It used to be 1 yr from PAT to PA and another year from PA to A
Not they changing policy so it may take anytime from 18 months to 24 months from PA to A
