Trending @Cognizant; Programmer Analyst to Associate

Hi, I joined cognizant in July 2022 as a PAT and was promoted to PA which was a default promotion. And now I successfully completed 2 years in July 2024. I was billable from January 2023, my last YER was 4 and I got appreciation from the client as well. Now my question is "Will cognizant promote me to Associate in the upcoming quarter (October to December) and what will be my updated CTC. I am from the Java FSE domain."
