My manager has started putting one deadlines with suffix 'I want these anyhow' Urgencies fall flat the next day, and mid day she'll be like Project 2 I need this by EOD anyway Then repeated calling at 10pm and leaving a message Pls call urgent, next morning no discussion of it.

Be calm, chill and give her random missed calls back at odd hours of 2am or 5am or 6am repeatedly. If asked then say "I saw missed calls while I was busy elsewhere anything urgent madam". Give the hell back in your chosen time and place
