Pay is good. What is work life balance? 🥲🤣

Initially good pay will make you feel good, but down the line when you work in toxic environment your growth will be stagnant, your work will not be recognized, you will start loosing confidence, you will be miserable. Health might suffer and then you will end up with only regrets no matter how much you earn.

Depends on what you need from the job.
You are a family person, need chill time, want a peaceful life- Move on.
You are young, haven't got much going on in life after office - stick and learn. It will help you grow both in your domain and to handle such culture.
You are sensitive - either quit or be thick skinned.
So basically you need to see what matters to you. Ideal workplaces don't exist.
A thick skin is really necessary in all corporate jobs

Everything has a price. If that is getting paid...well... Why not.

leave💅🏽

It’s a common theme post Covid.. it’s happening across industries.. if the pay is good, save a major chunk of it and take a leap of faith when you’re ready!

Indian firms have a typical culture which is nauseating.

see when was your last switch if it's more that 2.5 years and in the last 6 months if you are not learning much or work culture is very hostile then switch
finding a new role and hope its culture is good is also rare
