Product tole at razorpay

Hi guys,

I recently received an offer to join razorpay as a PM-2 position. Here’s the offer:

39 LPA - base (4 yrs of exp after btech) 5LPA- stocks

What do you think about joining the firm, what could be the pros and cons ?

Also, any insight in the culture and compensation will be really helpful to make an informed decision.

The compensation is pretty much in the median range for PM2. They did a steep correction to PM salaries after 2022.

Pros are that PMs get a lot of ownership and org empowers them as well. There are downsides that come with it like burnout , pressure to deliver etc. Cullture is ok, can get cut throat sometimes, WLB is a joke, the company cares about winning in the market more than anything. Cross team or even inter team collaboration is as worse as it can get. Fighting, blame shifting, unnecessary escalations are pretty common.

Hey @IntentionalSplendor , I’ve received an offer for the Bangalore location for tech role. I just wanted to check—does Razorpay have an office in Pune? And would there be a possibility to shift there if I request the HR?
