Product/Tech : Where to start your career

Hi guys,

I'm currently a product intern(b.e in cs, final year) at a start-up and also hold a sde offer from my summer intern org, would like some advice if I should pursue APM roles or first get some experience as a dev ?

Context: I really like product management and think it's cut out for me, but I don't like my current company so won't accept a return offer here .
