Product roles...

I see that a lot of folks who are into product roles, come from an engineering or a tech background. I come from a non-tech background, wanting to learn PM. How should I go about learning it? What tools I should be using?

You should understand the basics of how APIs work, frontend backend, development cycle, different environments (QA, prod, UAT) etc I’m an engineer but not a CSE engineer so all this was new to me when I started. Tools- SQL, JIRA should be fine to help you with entry level roles.
