What should be the salary of a Product Manager working at India's biggest unicorn, with a degree from one of the top MBA colleges and around 7 years of total work ex (3 years of Product work ex)

It’s a moot point. It should depend on what value you bring to the table and how big of an impact you are going to bring to the P&L
Agree, but how would gauge the PnL impact when someone is just joining?
The hiring manager, while opening up the role, always sees the cost and budget along with the potential impact on P&L. So they will offer pay according to that (taking into account any salary bands followed by the company)

Anything with cash component more than 40 should be good IMHO
