Product Manager Salaries - Early Career

I am a product manager with 1 YoE in product at a series A startup. Looking after some key product areas. Previously been a Java developer for 2 yrs. I have a post grad in AI/ML and B.Tech CSE from Tier 2 college. Looking to understand where I stand in of salary (above market or below). What is the ideal salary as per your experience for my background?

18 - 20 LPA

YOE as a Product Manager doesn’t mean jack shit.

If you have got past success to show, probably 15-18LPA is fair. Otherwise grind from 12LPA my friend.
