Been 10 months. So far it's good. Working on digital payments platform. Amex product team are well defined with yearly roadmaps and roles & responsibilities. Exposure is good too and you're being recognized everytime you make a good impact on customer journey.

An IIM-A product manager at Google with 7-8 years of experience makes a lot more money than a PM from Tier-3 college with bachelor degree in a small startup and 2 years of experience.
How much for non mba non top tier but with founding team exp in startup?
I believe overpaid if entire amount is salary component, underpaid if more than 33% is esops
