Product designer interview questions

Most common questions will be about your work. In most cases you’ll be given a choice to pick a project and talk about it. Plz pick carefully and think about the following

1. Does it showcase your strength (or weaknesses)?
2. How does it align with the role you’re interviewing for?
3. Do you have enough understanding of this project?
4. Are you prepared to explain the project in a short period of time; keeping the panel interested?

How did you get into design? What are the things you enjoy in a design process? Based on the project you present, how would improve, how would you do it differently?

Apart from everything that @DesignTinker mentioned, you can be asked some workplace questions or generic design questions as well. Listing down a couple of questions that were asked to me.

1. What was your process of conducting usability testing or any user research methodology
2. In case of any disagreement with the PM or other responsible stakeholders, how do you manage the situations
