Product dept affected in Oracle layoff?

Need the ground truth. Would appreciate it if anyone can share any factual news. I'm planning to switch soon. Oracle was one of my targets, but not sure anymore now. I think other companies will jump on the bandwagon even of it's not justified in some cases.
