Product companies for SAP ABAP

Which product companies are good for SAP ABAP? Looking for product companies because I have this idea that generally they pay better than consulting companies. Apart from SAP ABAP core, I also know ABAP on HANA, AIF, OData, IDoc, web service, OOABAP, HR ABAP, a little bit of Success factors API, CPI and Postman. Can I expect 20 lpa or more with 5 YoE? Which are companies having good culture and pay both?

I know that Walmart is good in terms of wlb and pay. Other than that Google and Apple are also good but need a lot of preparation for those companies.
