Product Based with double digit hikes and good benefits

Hi everyone, I’m working in Deloitte USI and I’m planning to switch. YOE: 2.5 yrs Skill: Python Developer CTC: 8 LPA I am not aware of many product based companies or their hikes. But if you are aware of good companies can you please mention them here. I’ll be reaching out for referrals once I find the job id.
