I am currently in a Senior Product Analyst role with five years of experience in the e-commerce and media domains. I would suggest

  1. Start looking for the problem and solution space of the projects you contribute as an analyst.
  2. Work closely with PM on discovery and PRD stage itself.
  3. Start meeting users of the products you are working as an analyst and try to gain qualitative perspective alongwith quantitative side.
  4. Be patient, slow and steady wins the race.
